You know how a tattoo can act as a permanent memory of a time in your life? That’s what concert photography is: a moment forever captured of your favorite band, during your favorite song, singing your favorite lyric. Every time I would see pictures of my favorite band, The 1975, a rush of nostalgia would come over me because I could so easily think back to the exact moment that photo was shot. It’s because of those photographers who took those epic photos of that band throughout the year that I decided to explore this side of photography!

I started out shooting for Sofar Sounds in Los Angeles but was quickly scouted by the online music publication, Ones To Watch. Under OTW, I grew & continue to grow my network of bands, shooting both live shows and pre-show portraits (sometimes getting a quick interview in: you can view Chelsea Cutler’s here and The Driver Era’s video here).
